The Natural Human Diet focuses on restoring the body to its natural state, free from the diseases commonly associated with modern civilization. In contrast to contemporary dietary guidelines, primitive humans thrived on a diet that didn’t lead to degenerative ailments, consuming real food in its raw, unrefined form as nature intended.
Real food includes raw meat, raw milk, raw eggs, fruits, and honey.
Cooking starches breaks down cellulose, making glucose more readily available. This has resulted in genetic misalignment and a shift in energy reliance from fat to sugar. This shift causes blood sugar to fluctuate, leading to energy spikes and crashes, commonly known as hypoglycemia, a major cause of mental fog/dizziness.
Modern humans are often constrained by a grain-based (livestock) diet, rather than the hunter’s diet of meat. By returning to animal fats as the primary fuel source, the body becomes fat-adapted, enhancing mitochondrial function and providing sustained energy, mental clarity and strength.
Animal foods contain all the essential nutrients in the most bioavailable form for humans. In comparison, the absorbability of vitamins and minerals in plant foods is much lower. Foods such as meat fat, egg yolks, liver and raw milk are specifically rich in fat soluble vitamins A,E, D and K which are vital for maximum physical and mental development.

HYDRATION
Cleanse the blood
✓ Dehydration causes the tissues of the body to dry out, and cells begin to shrivel and malfunction.
✓ To rehydrate the cells, maintain blood salinity (0.9%) and cleanse the bodily systems we must consume plenty of mineral rich fluids (plasma) such as Diluted Seawater 1:3 ratio, Spring water + Unrefined Sea Salt (3-9grams per litre), Raw Milk, Fresh Blood and/or Coconut Water.
✓ As we begin to consume more plasma (water with minerals) our blood plasma will increase therefore allowing cells to hydrate and also cleanse. Therefore, poisons stored within the cells will begin to detoxify and enter the blood.
✓ As long as we continue to provide enough plasma, the body will use it to cleanse this toxicity via urination and mucosal tissue mucus. This leads to temporary symptoms of disease - flu, fever, headache, diarrhoea.
